A friendly “hello” from me to you.

Have you said “hello” to someone you don’t know today or maybe offered a friendly smile? I have been working at SMA for almost nine months and I have to say, it feels great to be greeted by your colleagues. You might wonder why this is such a big deal to me. I have over 5,000 colleagues, and I know only about 100 of them, either personally or from talking on the phone with them once or twice. But I am greeted by the other 4,900 SMA employees, even though they don’t know who I am. Whether on the way to the cafeteria, to a meeting or at the coffee machine, I always get a smile and a “hello.”
